Anyone install one of those new HD radios?
I'm currently in the market for one. Not a lot of choices yet.

what is your current setup ? Factory HU ? Aftermarket ?
I just got mine in the mail today ( KT-hd300 specific for JVC Head Uni )

If you can wait a few days, I will make a writeup of the install and my preliminary reactions to its functionality. I really want to test it out, so i plan on installing sunday at latest. If you can wait, I will let you know what I think.

    Install?
The install looks pretty easy and straightforward.
I'm just not sure where I'm going to mount this device, because IT IS BIG ! Without my measuring tape handy, I'd say this thing is 1.25 " thick, and 5"x9" or so... about the size of 4 cigarette boxes laid together. Kind of like a really small amp almost..

Got the factory head unit. I'm looking at radios with the HD in the head unit so I don't have to deal with the external HD unit box.

Ahhh... very nice. I would greatly prefer the HD built in especialy after realizing the size of this device...

I've never had HD radio, but I have rolled sirius and xm before.. I'm not sure what I'll think and if i'll even use it.

check on HD availability in your area. Might not be worth it.
