Ok guys I was wondering how much would it cost to have someone just chop off a portion of my tailpipe to make it shorter? (Or dump it after axle)

Cuz when I got my flomaster last year I had no clue what was going on in my mInd at the time why I decided to have them weld on an oversized chrome tip and now since I got a tube bumper it sticks out like a sore thumb!

I did mine with a sawzall. It can be done with a hack saw it will just take a little longer.

It'll take less than 5 minutes with a hack saw. A hack saw can be purchased from damn near any hardware store for under $10. It's by far your most cost effective option unless you know someone at a shop. It'd take a shop guy longer to pull your truck in and get it on a lift than it'll take him to buzz your pipe with a cut off wheel.

I hacked the exhaust off of my Ranger years ago with a hack saw and it took 10 minutes. The blade was dull too.

Nope, just make sure it's secured if you use something like a sawzall or it'll shake the hell out of the exhaust.

most muffler shops will cut it off for you for $10-15 if you don't feel like doing it yourself. however, if you're going to chop it yourself, just make sure the end result has the exhaust shooting down.

Wow, that is a huge opening there. Do you have any plans to get a filler panel or something to smooth out the look?

The bumper? Im gonna leave it as is...kinda like the way it looks :D

Ive been trying to sell the bumper though cuz i changed my mind about going the "prerunner lift" look, so that I can get a stock one back.
