Step bars, billet grill with custom TOYOTA, MB Quart RSI 216 components, Hifonics ZXi 4410, RAAMmat deadened doors/back wall/roof covered with ensolite , 24" Magnaflow muffler, hand polished stock exhaust tip, tinted, OEM TRD Bilstiens all around with 1/4" spacers up front to level it out. Sport wheels added.
I purchased the grill from one of the guys here. I knew when I got it I wanted to tweak it to fit better.
the little triangles were flat, but if look at where they mount, it is not a flat surface. So I bent, twisted the inserts to fit perfectly flush on the mounting surface.
Next came the lower grill insert. It was a straight up install with zero issues.
The main grill was not so easy. It has a bow built into it the width of it, but it did not have any curve top to bottom to follow the contour of the grill. The top and bottom stuck out just a bit compared to the middle edges of the grill. I put a curve in it to match the grill contour and it now sits slightly recessed in the opening. I also had to grind off some of the backside of the lowest bar due to grill interference. Now it's tucked nice and neat. I am stoked at how it came out. The front end now has some personality.

Here's the link to the truck it was installed on. You can see how flat it was on his and how the triangles just looked funny since they were flat. It all tucks in and flows with the grill now, or at least it does to me.

Thanks. Just noticed that one of the bars is bent slightly on the right hand side. I'll have to tweak it back into place. Can't be having it all uneven and whatnot.:crapstorm:

Here's a shot from the side. The curve down the front is much improved and you can see the triangles are sitting flush in the mounting area.
