    The steering rack. It hooks to your hub via tie rods. There is a black boot on the inner tie rod. If at the section of it closest to the center of the truck is discolored or damp the rack is seeping.

    It was cuz derps took the dog from their neighbor in Denver, posted an ad to sell it on craigslist and the owners saw it and called the number and agreed to meet derps in Greeley. The the derps recognized the dog owner and took off, with the owner chasing. Derps threw dog and we arrested derps. :thumbsup:
