This is not a build post.. although some day I hope to be able to modify this beast like some of the other trucks on here, but just a small group of pictures that I wanted to share of what I have done to make my truck my own.
Like I have previously posted in another thread, I have always owned a truck. My first truck was a 1989 Mazda B2200 and ever since then, I have always had a small / midsize Japanese make truck. Anyways, here are some pics... I know there are allot of silver Tacos out there... but this one is mine. Enjoy....

Angle shot with FN Off Road Wheels and Hankook Tires P265/75-16. I would like the thank KenLyns for his input and advice about the wheel / tire selection. I am very satisfied..

    In your face....

    Skewps...

Interior Shot of leather... First vehicle I that I have owned that had leather.

Stance shot.. Not too much but just enough .. next to the Mrs.'s Highlander.

    Another wheel / tire shot..

    More cowskin...

Kenwood playing a Tool DVD.. The guy that installed it made it to where you can watch a DVD while the car is in drive. Also my little mod for the Ultragage. Just a small piece of sheet metal bent to an angle and placed between the head unit frame. Works like a charm.

Just did the valence this afternoon..Plasti-Dipped. Turned out really nice..ended up painting the Toyota Emblem. Waiting patiently for the Great HomerTaco...I heard its worth the wait...:D

    Another side shot..

I love the side profile shots...

Did Blue LED in the Dome and Ultra White for the maps (no pic).

De-Badged with the intentions of painting and re-applying the badges but really liked the way it looked without any badges...

Well... I have more pics in my profile but these are the ones that I thought stood out the most...

I would like to thank KenLyns..for all the PMs and advice that he has given and his input.. very knowledgeable dude. The folks at the Round Rock, Texas Discount Tires.. excellent customer service... Brian and FN wheels out in Cali.. another gentleman who knows excellent customer service. Give those guys a call.. you wont be disappointed. There are some really nice folks on this forums and I am glad that I have been able to message those folks.

Future mods will probably include a lift.. and maybe a Magnaflow exhaust.

Thanks for viewing my truck. I hope your not bored with another silver Taco...

It is, but it must be that way for a reason right? I like silver because its such an easy color to keep clean and hides dirt well.

Btw how'd you end up with leather seats? I thought that wasn't an option with these trucks.

I had them installed.. aftermarket. Custom place here in Austin. Was going to go with Katskinz but couldn't get on the group buy in time. There is a group buy going on right now I believe.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did that Kenwood setup cost? I am dying to upgrade the crappy stereo in my truck one of these days. I have to have my volume maxed out just to be able to hear most songs on my iPod its so bad. Idk what Toyota was thinking when they designed this stereo, but they had rocks in their head thats for sure.

It was not too bad.. out the door with installation was $700 but that included the bracket the fits our consoles. Remember, it has blue tooth, DVD / CD, Navigation, iPod connections, A/V inputs and a ton of other stuff that I have not yet tapped into. The Blue Tooth availability allows me to connect my iPhone and talk hands free. The phone rings and I hit the answer button on the unit (its touch screen) and it answers the phone without having to fumble around looking for the phone while your driving. The microphone sits on the center dial of our instrument cluster. I think it was well worth the money. The only thing that I wish that I could change is the voice on the navigation that actually gives the directions.
It has several options available but I was hoping for something really sexy.

Thanks for the compliment Cole.. I must admit that the things that I have done to it are not that extreme and are easily achievable if you don't mind sacrificing your children s college tuition (kidding) :D .
There are some trucks on these forums that are uber sweet and that I lust over. Check out KenLynns build. Just his suspension alone  .
I may eventually do something very similar to his but am limited on funds for modding at the moment....

Love your sig by the way... stared at it for a while...got caught by the Mrs...

Five Hundy.... that seems a little steep to me but I'm sure its well worth it. Very reputable company. Of course you would definitely have to get the light bar to make it look right.... another two hundy... :(

BajaRack makes a mesh bottom on the flat utility rack as a custom and the same for their regular Tacoma rack. PM me what your looking for and I can get a quote for you, Cris

That's a little steep, but damn, it has everything in it! Will have to start saving haha. Plus it looks really cool in the dash, brings the interior to life in many ways.

Well it does do everything and then some. Its a very nice piece. In all of my trucks, I have had a custom stereo put in. It makes a huge difference in the sound quality over the factory stereo.

So I'm a new Tacoma owner and had a question about these tires. I have a 2012 SR5 with 245/75-16 factory tires. Would I be able to put on 265/75-16 tires without needing any modifications (suspension lift, fender trim, etc.)?
