    Yeah it's an Icon top plate. They've had some trouble with breakage. Icon says it was a design problem from a few years ago and they have since redesigned.

    Only crawler I've seen have trouble is Sasquatch. And that doesn't surprise me. All the other busted ones I've seen are from litter-box jumpers.

    Mine looked fine when I had 'em out a couple months ago for the 700lb spring swap. If they ever do have a problem, Icon will certainly hear from me, esp. after all the $$ I've sunk into their company :p

    so its a known problem and they have sence corrected it ? my work is about 10 min from there shop so im going to go in there first thing tomorrow morning, im going to see if they will give me 2 so i can replace both sides sence its a known problem

    I personally don't much care if it's true or not. I'm not having any problems. When/if I do, how they handle it will decide whether they remain in my good graces. For now, I <3 Icon. They make products no one else does at a high quality level. I like that.
