    More than likely the sexual advances were mutual for a while until he crossed the line, but she probably had some feelings for him. Combine that with her under age status when it occurred, her parents press charges, despite she may still like him. There is more to the story then we all know, but nonetheless, the guy should not be allowed to live what he has done to her and her family.

    From the article on the star telegram it said he assaulted her in 2010 and wanted to talk to her about that when he picked her up. He originally contacted her on facebook posing as someone else then contacted her by phone and arranged to pick her up from school to talk about the case from 2010. It sounded like she knew who she was getting into the car with.

    Either way she was an idiot for getting into the car with him. Also Zech has the best idea for this losers fate. I have a spare bat in my garage they can use.

    Either of those work. As long as it is as sick and twisted as what he did. Plus we would need to make sure it was public what the punishment was so other scum bags will know their fate if they are caught.
