Subaru. For the AWD. It's not just for snow. I used to laugh at my buddies Audi S4 cuz it looks like a little bro mobile. After he showed me what AWD and twin turbos can do, I shut up. Something about the way that car accelerates through a tight freeway on ramp that just sold me on it.

This is the type of things im looking for. I really dont like the look of the subaru, actually i think anything pre-08 is next to atrocious. Unfortunately 08+ is a little to high price range for me. Thinking about it, In the 5 years of owning my taco, ive taken it to the snow a total of 0 times. lol. I just like to have that option. But one of my biggest reasons of getting rid of the taco is i want something a little more luxurious, faster, and classier. Which the G35 meets all those standards.

I'm 21, i dont race, i dont go to the track, i just drive to work and friends houses, and maybe the occasional drive to Los Angeles. G35's have a lot of cheap bolt ons that can add a little horse power, but i like to turn heads as well, and i think a stanced G35 will always look better than any Subaru.

You really cant beat the sound of a VQ motor, no matter how fast and reliable Subaru's are, i think this just sounds like pure sex:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N18RmcuyV38&feature=player_embedded#!

Anyways, i think i am leaning more towards the G35, but if i can find an 08+ STi Sedan for a good price then.... hmmmmmmmm

I wouldn't stress too much on driving a manual, I hadnt driven one either only offroad and I just bought a manual prelude last month and I love it.

I like the G35 better because it more luxurious, just don't get one with fogged up headlights, they make the car look ugly

I would go Subaru, if my gf would drive stick that's the car she would be getting, I can't justify her buying one in automatic form might as well get a scion

Ive driven an 06 STI stock and it was pretty quick. The AWD is awesome. That being said the AWD give you so much confidence that you can total them pretty quickly. I see how so many young drivers (like myself) would total a car like that. My friend also has a G35. I have never driven it but I had detailed it and it looks great cleaned up. If I had to chose I would go with the STI just because of power to cost but thats me. Hard decision though.
