Ugliest Color for 2nd Gens

this is a toughy....... I don't think any STOCK color is bad to the point that it is ugly.. but that Sand color is not one of my favorites...no offense to any ppl who have them.. they're nice, but not MY style

 

And Im probably one of those blue ones

 

apparently our trucks are known to be quite ugly...

 

I see 2 blue's on Tacoma's. Is speedway blue the lighter blue or the dark blue ?
Mine is an '07 in a dark blue.

 

speedway = lighter
indigo = darker

 

timberland mica and pyrite mica are missing

 

and indigo ink and superwhite.

 

Pauls(lifesaflaw123) is Speedway blue

Mine is Indigo Ink

 

I've never been a fan of red (well duh---GOBLUE).

I wasn't so sure of my Desert Sand at first, but it's grown on me and I'm actually embracing it now. Dare to be different. I don't see one at every stoplight I hit. I do see the dang silver ones EVERYWHERE. You can keep that color. I just traded in a silver truck, I was sick of seeing silver in the driveway.

I really like the Indigo ink, and would have gotten that if a used one would have been available. I like the new dark green as well.

 

i guess its cause your out west. brighter colors seem to be more popular out there. My truck is pretty unique where i live. I've only seen one other one in the city i live in.

 

Yep...it hides the dirt VERY well. Just another benefit.

Never did I say, dang I hate that color...

Would I buy every color out,,, NO. I bought the Color that was for me. But never would I turn to a fellow Taco owner and say; DUDE why the hell did you buy a ____________ colored Taco....

 

I've got my preferances like everybody but as long as they dont make them Cadillac elDorado pink, avocado green or that stupid color that they have on the Lexus that's neighter white nor silver (God i hate that color) i really don't give a shit.
You gotta realize too that every single person here piced out their Tacomas in whatever color they liked....so now you're asking everybody else to call their trucks ugly....if i got blue obviously i liked it (maybe you hate it) and you got red cause you like it (and i hate it), but at the end of the day we both like Tacomas, that's why they dont call this forum Black Sand Pearl World, Speedway Blue World or whatever. WTF, i don't see the point of this thread... i kinda browsed throught it and already I feel like the Speedway Blue guys are getting a little uneasy...my .02c

 

Barcelona red isn't my favorite but I would definitely still rock it.

 

Couldn't agree with you more. I was just eyeballing a damn nice looking white Tacoma the other day... That said, I had the opportunity to buy a white Tacoma, but chose to wait two months for the color I wanted since white is a color I would never own (on any vehicle). In the end, they're all nice Tacoma's, and all Tacoma's are nice.

Who was the blind man that voted for mag grey. I voted for dsm not as ugliest but the last choice for me but MG is hot iand all you haters know it. I have herd people say its the next silver everyones gonna have but everyones gonna have it cause it awesome. IT really looks good out on the trail.
