Sorry for short notice but me and another taco are running miller jeep trail tomorrow @ 8 am. I know there was some concern about a fire. I called the forest service and the miller is open. Meet in Gorman around 9. Let me know.

My first time at Miller Jeep Trail and with only a set of Kings and everything else STOCK (TRD OFFROAD).. love this wheeling stuff, made it through without having to be pulled, although a friend with the Sport did ..LOL, good times. Defintely was hooked and looking forward to my build up.

Wondering myself because you need sliders for that trail especially the last part unless the trail has changed dramatically since I've been there last.

Here is my play by play. Meet up with friends in Gorman. Find out there is a sport taco coming. Hmm wasn't planing on that but doable with me and a built up jeep. Get to the trailhead and there is like 15 heeps airing down 10 feet from the road. I'm like wtf. So we shoot to the trailhead and air down like mad men. Just as we start on the trail here come the heeps. whew. We are going along fine, sport is holding his own on street tires no less. When all the sudden I notice the taco I'm following appears to have a bolt loose. It's his lower shock bolt in the rear. Nut is gone, bolt is holding on by a few threads. Trail fix it with the wing nut from my High-lift. Heeps roll up on us just as we are tightening it all up. Ask if we need help, stand around and just look at us, derp derp derp. Just as I'm apologizing for holding them up, lady from their group comes up and says no prob they though they would have to pass us on the trail:eek: Didn't have the heart to tell her we had been there fixing for like 30-45 min.:D So we continue on our merry way leaving the heeps in the dust. Pretty much is uneventful until we get to the obstacle in my previous video. Sport taco cannot get up. I'm trying to spot him up but either my spotting blows or his following blows. Just didn't happen. So we strap him to the heep in my group and yank him up. His steering as we yanked him up was a little squirrelly and ended up doing this awesome wheel stand. His passenger front was like 5 ft off the ground. It was awesome. If he wasn't strapped the the heep he probably would have flopped. The sport taco only had steps not sliders and he took a little hit to his passenger side at the very end of his cab. Not bad considering his step was high centered on the rock on the right side of the obstacle. Anyway good time were had by all and very minimal carnage and a great save. Next time I promise better planning so we can all laugh as the heeps watch us zoom by them.:D

Wish I had a video of that wheel stand. I was too busy directing traffic though.
