    The site two doors down from us got nailed by the safety inspector again. They got hit last Thursday.

    Both times they got shut down and the s/i gave them a binder of paperwork :eek:

    I had to spend 2 hours setting up scaffold and railings just to finish off a five foot wall lol.

    You know now that you say it I haven't seen them in years either. They got a company that does what we do in Philly last year almost 100k for improper fall protection, but that was right after a crane crashed.

    the consensus, around here anyway, seems to be that a log over hanging the edge of the wagon is the culprit.
