Case in point why I refuse to own a touch screen. I hate touch screens. I think they're a horrible idea all around. Hate, hate, hate! My flip phone will be around loong after your Iphones. Plus, I can actually go 4 days without a recharge. Iphone owners get excited when they break 8 hours, even with the extended battery...

Haha yeah. Flip phones do have the best battery life. I had one and it lasted 5 days and I loved it. I moved to an iPhone and I charge it once a day lol. More if I use it a lot. It sucks really bad but I love the phone so I don't mind.

Both of my phones are "flips".. and yes I am an OLD MAN...50+ years....

The personnel cell is a Samsung w/ Verizon and I am anything but gentle...This poor thing has fallen from a 980 Cat cab down onto a gravel floor ,dropped countless times inside my "Mack Office" and left to bounce around till I stop..;)...AND it will recieve anywhere I have been along the eastern seaboard.....

My company Nextel is a Motorola "flip" and it handles the same abuse BUT the signal SUCKS ..........hopefully by next spring if not SOONER we are switching over to Verizons version of "Touch-to-talk"....

My wife has one of those NEW Gadgets and she can keep it,does everything BUT stay charged....so many dam toys attached to it...it might last 8 hours on a GOOD charge ....

I've dropped a couple of my Droids on pavement and they've suffered no damage to the screen. Gotta love Gorilla Glass.

My iPhone likes to turn the flash on and off sometimes when I drop it... It has a loose connection on the circuit board. Usually fixes itself by hitting it against my hand.

Also sometimes the home button won't register. I can get it to work again by simply hitting it against my hand....

Technology really does work better when you hit it! :smash:

I've gone thru 4 screens. It's been thru the wash and it works as the day I got it in July 2008. It's wrapped in a otter box defender.

Let's us know how they work out. I wasn't sure if they were legal in Ma on a steering axle? What cores do you have?

What load range did you get?

Interesting... where'd you hear that? I'm curious more than anything, it'll be a while before I need tires again.
