We did Hidalgo today. It was terrible.
    2 mile run
    2 min rest
    20 Squat cleans 135 lbs
    20 Box Jumps 24"
20 Overhead walking lunges with 45lb plate
    20 Box Jumps
    20 squat cleans
    2 min rest
    2 mile run

My time was 54:21. It was terrible. My legs are toast right now. Plus we did squat snatches and back squats yesterday. Love the hero WODs though.

You could also follow the main site WOD's or Brand X which has scaled WOD's and lots of subs.

We have a giant dirt mountain that our city put at our lake. I sprinted up the hill 3 times (made it about 3/4 of the way up then walked up the rest of the way). It was pretty rough.
I'll get some pics of the hill next time Im out there.

Then I did some dips and more sprints at the playground while my kid was playing. Everybody wins :D

All about body weight! Ive been doing burpee pullups...man killer workout. Try to change things up every week. Throw in distance and sprint workouts with swimming sprinkled here and there.

im guessing a burpee-pull up is just what it sounds like?

I like doing reverse burpees too (sit up instead of a push up)

Ooh imma try that situp burpee. Aww snap!

I remember making fun of burpees when i first heard about them but realized the full body motion actually saps your energy reserves quick!

I haven't read too much on it. Mostly because as soon as I saw that it doesn't include wheat products I labeled as fucking retarded. While it may transform your body, it is silly to pass up all the health benefits of whole grains.

My diet right now is about 80-90% paleo. Our box did a strict 50 day challenge a few months ago and I noticed results. I was alot leaner after it. Its just hard for me to be strict right now with work, dont have time for breakfast so I usually end up eating a protein bar. Plus I like beer way too much to be giving that up. So I just limit my beer intake now. But the results were definitely there for me.

I like the idea of it but im not sure if I could afford to cut out grains and carbs. Im already skinny as it is but I was just looking at improving what I do eat. I think I might just try and do a partial paleo and see how it works out.

It's tough but you can gain weight on paleo. Eat lots of avocados. At our box we allow Progenex protein supplements during ours, so when I would make my shakes I would use coconut milk instead of water. Not only did it help me gain some weight it makes the shake taste so much better.
