Bilstien 5150's

I saw these 5150's on downsouthmotorsports.com and wondered if anyone has had any experience with them. They seem like great performers if the technology works ('fixed' reservoir). Can these provide lift with new UCA's and AAL's? If so, how much?

 

I believe they can add up to 2.5" of lift. If you use the search button you can find a butt load of info on here about them. They seem to be what everyone likes.

 

Everyone loves the 5100's, are you thinking about putting these on the rear?

 

Sorry, just realized he put 5150's. My bad, I give up on trying to help people since I cant even read. lol

 

I have the 5125's which are same as the 5150's, except that the 5150's have an external resevoir.

My 5125's ride sweet, and complement my TSB AAL's very well.

 

they are only on the rear. they will not provide any lift. for lifting the rear you will need an AAL, new leaf pack, or a lift block.
the adjustable 5100's provide up to 2.5" of lift on the front of the truck only

 

Do you recall the valve rating or travel that you have? Theres a bunch of choices on their site. Thinkin about gettin some but dont know which would be best for the taco with tsb aal in the rear

 

255/70 & I wanna say 10" travel. They only have two different valve settings, one for single and the other for dual shock set up. single 255/70's is for our truck.
