Banning of large soda in NY

I know a lot of people that stopped drinking pop and lost a lot of weight.

Plus, it says restaurants, eateries (cafes?) and concession stands. I don't know of one restaurant that serves larger than a 16oz anyway? I don't think this would apply to fast food chains or the like.

I came back to edit my post, because I don't want to disrespect the good people of NY who like myself enjoy a good pizza, be it thin or thick, and just say I always find it rediculous when people think they can dictate how someone is supposed to live their own personal life. If someone wants to drink ten 50 oz. soda's a day it's their God given rite. This is the USA last time I checked.

And when a 44oz was $2.19, and a 16oz was $1.99, it's now going to cost them $4, and NY is going to collect double the tax from the sales.
