My Kershaw does not feel cheap and is anything less than fragile. That was the main reason I bought it since it felt very solid and well put together. It has been put through the ringer and still feels and functions like new.
Also I have a bench made griptillion and is a great knife but I prefer the kershaw.

Me and Keith both carry kershaws. I personally carry the Blur and that knife is a tank. I beat the shit out of it. It gets used as a hammer, pry bar, screwdriver, machete, food knife, EVERYTHING. It keeps an okayy edge. I wish I got the s30v steel. Although I'm not a fan of the locking mechanism. Its not that strong. The blade had closed on both me and Alex and I've been cut serval times. Alex got cut pretty good also. If your not abusing it you wont have an issue. For a $60 knife its pretty damn good. USA made also

That being said my next knife will be a benchmade bone collector with the D2 tool steel blade. I much prefer the bullet proof locking mechanism and nearly unbreakable steel that stays sharp. Although it is $150

I haven't read the book yet; but it is causing quite a stir. We have a SEAL that we do work for who said earlier the official story and the real story did have some differences.

I was hurting from having a boys night on a school night.

I'm sure it does have some differences. He even said in the beginning that he had to change some things for legal/security reasons, but tried to keep it as close as possible

Ya the ones like this don't handle that very well.

Although tthat benchmade should handle it better

But this one does tend to get used as a hammer a lot...
