Started ripping out all the extra electrical stuff I've added so I can re do all of it nice and clean. Truck even feels lighter without the birds nest or wiring under the hood.

Also spent another $200 at elecdirect.com ... Shit adds up so fast. All I got was some heat shrink tubing, crimp and shrink ring terminals in various sizes for various wire gauges, and some more wire. Already have miles of wire loom and wire.

And I measured the truck for sound deadening.
Looks like the floor is roughly 5'x8', back wall is 5'x3', ceiling is 5'x6', and doors are (4)- 25"x30"

And just as a note to self.. It would be a good idea to run any wires that will need to go through the cab while I have the interior out.

Well that's for some heavy gauge wire.. I just ordered 18 gauge for wiring up LEDs lol. How much extra did you spend on crimpers?

$60 ain't bad.. I was looking at a crimped for the weather pack connector terminals that was around that price

Good thing my dad sells tools so I can just have him order what I need.

Here's how to remove the headliner for future reference..

Well my court date is wednesday september 18th, and today my attorney called and said toyota tried to settle out of court. They didn't offer enough to make me happy, so we'll see what happens.

So I've started putting my truck back together a little bit.
Yesterday I pulled my LCA cams and bolts out to grease again.. thank god I greased them once before.. made them come out so easily.
Today I reinstalled my LCA skid plates and rear diff skid.

I've been thinking about what I want to do tomorrow.. there is a north jersey meet at Jose Tejas, but I'm not sure what time. If I get up early enough I might put my front bumper back on or atleast hit it with a fresh coat of paint to get it ready to install.

lol yea but thats like half an hour further than the jose tejas meet. :D

speaking of drive shafts.. I want a spare. I noticed mine is dinged up a bit. I think it would be best to either have a custom one made or have this one re tubed..

Did you have a nice day on the beach yesterday?

    nice. good to know

So yesterday I brought my bumper and IFS skid home from my storage unit and cleaned them up and put a fresh coat of rattle can paint on them. Then installed them back on the truck :D
Starting to look good again. I think I'll hold off on the transmission and transfer case skids until I get with kevin and swap the t case.. unless that doesnt happen for a while.

Today I'm going to mess around with my Kragen 7" Hids and ADVmonster leds and see if I can get them to sit nicely on my bumper.
