    They definitely are similar to Outlaw II's but the center cap is different and the rivets are located on the outer lip closer to the tire.

    Here is a similar wheel without rivets:

    Another possibility for the wheels on the Tuff Country truck are Eagle Alloy Series 102 with full cap that covers the lug nuts:

    I believe the other wheels without rivots may be Eagle Alloy Series 101 with the same full cap.
