There is no .85 setting on 1st gen 5100s

How much lift do you have on the rear? Do you have a measurement from the center of the rear wheel hub to the bottom of the fender flair?

measurement from center of rear wheel hub to bottom of fender flair is:
    24 in. rear passenger
    24.5 in. rear driver

I thought .85 was the second c-clip slot on the 5100s?
if im not mistaken i thought it went 0, .85, 1.75, and 2.5

No, as was stated above there is no 0.85 setting on 1st gen 5100s: 0, 1, & 2.5 are the 3 settings.

5100s @ 0 with eibachs gave me 24.25" hub to fender which would be very close to level for you.

yea i think the 4 different settings are the 2nd gens. and i wouldnt run the eibachs at the middle setting unless you get new UCA's

NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER RUN EIBACHS AT ANY PRECOMRESSED SETTING ON 5100S!!!!!!!

(unless your a 2nd gen then feel free to run at .85)

There is no .85'' option for 1st gen 5100s

and unless you have like 4.5'' of lift or more out back, your going to be higher up front. The EIbachs alone provide just over 3'' of lift man.

If you tire is tilted in yes it could be a tire rod and no i think if a shop saw a bad tie rod then yes they wouldn't align it..surprised they didn't offer to fix it. But due to liability thats why they won't fix it.

You should have no alignment issues with the Eibachs and 5100 combo. Thats a 2nd gen issue only.

I think you have been reading the wrong info haha

Naw, as others have said, the middle setting gives at least an additional inch of lift over what you get with the coils.

When I was stock I was at ~21" out back which means you have at least 3" over stock. What is lifting the back right now? Is it a block, an AAL, a replacemt spring pack, an extended shackle or a combination of one or more of the above?

What is lifting the back, is a 2inch deaver AAL.

    - I went out and looked this morning, only 3 setting
    - I was looking at a 2nd gen bilstein diagram (4 settings)
    - haha Sorry for the confusion

haha yea..so don't be precompressing the coils. At 0 your truck will be near level or a tad nose high

Does that stand true even if I'm toting a topper on my truck 99.9% of the time?

About yes. The topper adds more weight to the back so i might be a good idea to think of like .75 more lift up front. But it also varies on what you do to the rear. If your doing just an AAL or full leafs for instance.

So many places I go could with that...

Eventually I'd do the suspension right. I think I still have a PM from you when I asked you about suspension.

I'd want it to be stock height (if it's an inch or so lifted I don't care), but I would get new leafs, coils, shocks, etc.

So like OME 880 coils and wheelers 5 pack  would be probably a great setup for you. If the rear is a tad low, some .5 or .75 lift shackles would be what id get since you do wheel and the extra droop would be helpful.

Very nice. I'd like to get a set of those stock 15" steelies. They look good black.

Edit: Just read that you have 33x9.5's. Sweet. Wish they sold the KM2's in that size.

    Head unit. That's it.
In this pic, my CO's are NOT at 0. They came from Toytec cranked up and when I installed them I had like 5 inches of lift, but it had a small bro lean. I blew a CV boot so I cranked the CO's down and I'm currently sitting at 24.5" from center of hub to fender. However the truck isn't level. I have a 2" Deaver AAL in the back, so I'm wondering if I have rake because the leafs are new ( frame replacement) or if the 5100 shocks in the back are aiding in lifting a bit? I don't want to crank my CO's down more and lose lift, but I don't want to keep blowing CV boots.

Just wait for the leafs to settle. Put some weight in the back for a while.

you should never have more then 3-3.5'' up front.

i have 5'' out back with rake..but i like rake so it no big deal to me.
