    Here is dinner, but you can't tell its on a small plate. I marinated boneless and skinless chicken thighs in honey,ginger,and terriyaki for around 30 hours. I grilled them. I sliced up carrots,peppers,celery,and mushrooms then sauteed them in sesame oil and added a little bit of soy sauce at the end. It was really good, The best part of it all was that my 4 year old daughter ate it all up, but she also helped me do everything from the grilling to the sauteeing.

    Here is a pic from last night's dinner. We had a couple of our friends over. It was a Black angus porterhouse, grilled asparagus, and fresh grilled corn. Everything came out really good.

    Not sure about how they would turn out on a regular grill like a Weber? I have a ceramic cooker which can achieve 600 degrees. I cook them over direct heat @ 500 for 4 minutes per side. Cut the thin membrane out and bend them backwards to crack the shell somewhat, this will keep them from curling when flipped. Make some clarified butter, cook flesh side down, flip and pour the butter into the tail, cook for another 4 minutes and enjoy!
