Like unfixable pieces or just going thru "changes" pieces?

Im getting the bug of changing things as well on mine. Just got a 13 tooth pinion gear, front aluminum links for the steering from RPP hobbies. These guys are awesome and right in Ukiah.

That's a lot of servo for a 10th scale buggy. That's the same one I have in my 1/8 scale. You shouldn't have any issues with steering... Let's see some pics of your B4.

Looks good, I've ran 10th scale for 25 years, still new to 1/8. But so far I still like 10th better. Its just more challenging to me, at least. I've posted these before, but I'll whore them out again. My T4 and J82.

    Ok, men.

After a months wait, I finally got a new speed control from CC. I don't know what channel to plus the speed control into. I plugged it into channel 1, but that only gives it a small burst of acceleration when o pulled the trigger, after that it doesn't move. Anyone seen this before?

The way I remember it is, 1 to turn, 2 to burn. Steering should be channel 1, ESC should be channel 2.

Ok, everything is connected correctly. I turn it on, the SC reads the remote control, I pull the trigger but it gives a short burst and then stops.

For the mean time, I crimped the wires from the SC to the battery harness. Could that be the problem?? I dont have a soldering gun until monday.

Crimping the wires shouldn't have any effect. Des the steering work correctly? Has the ESC been set-up? I really can't think of why a speedo would act the way your describing.

    What brand is your esc?

Edit: cc= castle creations, derp. Sound like a setup prob, what voltage are your batteries? and check the programing on the speed control. Also check your radio setup.

Castle is all I run. And it s so worth picking up a programing card! they let you super tune your controller.
