What do you guys think about me adding some amber marker lights behind my grill below my fogs

 

No i think ill keep my signals down there until i get a bumper. But this picture gave me the idea to put some square led amber marker lights behind my satoshi grill. Kinda like the 2nd gens. Ive always liked the look of a bright amber marker light on the front. But the corners never stood out well for me.

 

Hey, that ^^^ truck is missing some axles.

 

See, what i want are some amber lights that are ^that bright but somewhere on or behind my grille. Not on my bumper and not on the outside of my headlights where the corners are. Something like this look

So what's new with everyone? I have my car in pieces in my driveway (need a breaker bar to get the spindles nuts off to fix the cv boots, I may have ruined my torque wrench trying... haha) and I need to inspect my Taco for more damage and tighten some things and get the driveline taken care of. Meanwhile I am not staying on top of school. Oh the joys of being a college student. haha

Im trying to get a job in the local oil fields damn good money and not a ton of hours..so hopefully that'll pay off

No, Just taller tires and maybe I that I hadn't put that cb drop in, but I don't know that that would have been enough to prevent it.

Besides my wheelbase is only 6" longer than yours.

yea i think for me then next big thing is SC. But id like a winch and CO2 as well.

Plus i just need to buy some steel and Raptor liner to finish my bed rack again and paint it and my bed. And finish my jerry can holder on my rear bumper and fix the latch again.

then start fabing skids and wire up all might lights.

but next big purchase other then the CO2 and winch will probably be a SC. Then, if i am making enough money, we will see about a crawl box vs lockers/regear vs front LT. All three will cost 2k+ so not sure which one ill do first at this point..

 

S/C and gears are for DD'ing while crawlbox, CO2, lockers, and winch are for offroading. Although I think the lockers are probably the most effective offroading mod out of all of those and that is kind of tied to gears so I vote for lockers and gears 1st!!!!!

 

Im gonna have to kinda agree with Brady. as far as crawling goes it's gearing and lockers that get you there. so i would say you biggest gain would be from a lockers and a crawl box in that order. LT and regearing will just suplement those first two mods. a winch and CO2 are just off road extras that save your ass but not needed to crawl better.
