    Single biggest problem with industry in this country.

    I put them in the same boat as the entitlement programs, they are merely entitlement programs for those willing to get out of bed in the morning, thats the only difference. Not that some members dont work hard, but the majority don't.

    In a merit based system the hard workers would still have a job and make good money.
