Hi VA/NENC Crew. I'm freshly back into a tacoma and am looking for some help with a stereo install/clean up. I'm in Elizabeth City and from the reviews I've read online all of the shops around here Su*K. I'm not a noob to stereo or tacoma's but it's always nice to have someone around that been down that road before. If someone would be nice enough to give a hand beer and food would be provided. Thanks Shane

I don't know if you want to drive as far as Newport News, but I could help you. Worked at a stereo shop for a while, although I don't recall working on too many Tacoma's while there, it seems pretty straight forward. Just need to make sure you have all the correct hardware and harness's. Do you have the JBL factory setup?

There's a few TW members around the border at Northwest. Don't know if they'll pipe up or know stereo's; I know I don't.

Thanks Guys. I bought Fish's Tacoma out of Raleigh. All of the speakers are memphis audio, two tens behind the seat, components in the doors. I haven't pulled the amp out but it's a 5 channel under the drivers seat. It still has the factory HU, non JBL, I want to install a DNX8120 Kenwood and maybe add another amp for the mids. I'm going to order the ********* install kit with their steering wheel harness. Should be pretty straight forward on that but I'd like to tie into the factory backup camera and do a USB input in one of my factory spots in the console. I'm willing to drive, no problem. Give me a wave if you see me around TacoRojo.
