Black Tacoma - Would You Do It Again?

For those of you who have had to deal with keeping black looking good, would you do it again, or too much hassle?

 

Absolutely

 

No wish i coulda got a red or blue in a single cab. But Black looks nicest clean imo. Dont stay clean for more than a few days around here with the rain and dust at my job.

 

Takes me one drive down my road for mine to look like crap. I have 2.5 miles of extremely dry and dusty roads before pavement. I would rather have a white or silver any day. For that matter I would take just about any other color than black

i would definitely get black again! if not i would super white to be opposite and different from black

 

I loved my black truck but decided to go white this time

 

I love the black too, but it shows the trail scratches, I'd go white for my next one.

NO QUESTION OR DOUBT IN MY MIND YES I WOULD! but only for a black sand pearl looks damn good clean, but looks even better with some fresh mud slashed on from the tires

Had an older retired and somewhat wealthy neighbor who had a black Lexus SUV...

he said:

black is a 2nd job, therefore...it should be owned by a young man...or a wealthy man

This says it all... and unfortunately I am neither young nor wealthy. Thus the SSM. I can actually stand not washing my truck every week now because it doesn't show dirt as bad. But when black is clean it don't get any better.

 

I will say this, BSP looks cleaner a lot longer than straight black vehicles, both my folks have black vehicles (my father is anal-retentive about keeping them clean) and my previous vehicle was black. Somthing about the sand pearl part hides the dirt just a little bit longer.

That being said, love my black and prob would only trade for white!

 

there should be another poll for what would your second choice of color be second to black haha, seems like we share a similar liking to white tacos with black contrast
