yep, just letting you know before you start shopping around, ...based on what rich has explained in the past you guys can only purchase from dealers in state, or some such thing, ...and the lowers must be configured certain ways to be kalifornia legal...

It took me almost an entire month and a few phone calls to get 500 rounds of 5.56 that I ordered.

Other times I get what I ordered right at the 15 day mark.

on one ammo order (3 types of ammo in it), they sent the wrong ammo and shorted me on the round count. They did fix the problem and sent me 2 extra boxes though.

If I was buying an AR today I would either order from BCM (i have ordered from them several times and they have fast shipping) or I would buy a Colt 6920.

Interesting. I ordered 1000 rounds of 5.56 and had it a week later. I'd say go through a different vendor.

lol Ive bought from BCM before and had a great experience with them, thats why I would choose them again. as for colt, why not?! haha

I'd love a DD but I couldnt justify spending that much money all at once.

    just call me "cheap"

If anyone is putting a gun together this is about the best bang for the buck

When I bought mine (carbine gas) it was only $399. Prices are going up!

I've got the BCM and its pretty awesome, although they have raised their prices from the 149 that I got about 4 months ago.
