Woot! just picked up my sliders today. The guy at Fastenal made fun of our tacomas in the group buy, since the sliders didnt fit in the bed with the gate up, I guess enough of us have double cab short beds, and the sliders stick out.

Any one still looking to get their sliders lined? I have enough raptor liner to do Someone else's. Did mine and my skid plates today. Turned out awesome! Will be posting pics. 70 bucks. Kit cost me almost 200 with shipping raptor liner.

WOW, that's crazy expensive! I posted about it before but I didn't know how much liner I would have left over after mine. I forgot that I had bought two kits back when i was going to do the inside of my old jeep. So i have plenty, and I did both sliders and my oil and skid plate with one bottle yesterday (each kit comes with 4 bottles). If i didn't do the skid plates I could have made it really thick.

Going to finish up today as well as spray my truck bed I'll post pics later. What I also like about raptor liner is it's made differently than rhino liner, doesn't feel as rough and it doesn't fade over time and you don't have to worry about putting UV protection stuff on it.

wish I would have read this thread recently, might have gone waipahu to get them welded on. I went to plan B fabrications, and Mark had already welded on sliders for someone in the group buy, said it took him a while, so he charged me more. $450... yea it still stings. Thats more than the sliders and about $100 an hour for welding labor... I thought welding labor was around $30 to $50 an hour....
Mark was saying it was more difficult than normal because he had to tack the mounting plates to the sliders, make sure its all lined up, and all that.
The welds look strong, good penetration through the frame, not the prettiest (but I would rather have function of pretty welds, however for $450 maybe they should be pretty heh heh). Since it had been raining all day he did spray coat the welds so they wouldnt rust on my drive home, which was a nice touch.
Overall I am happy the sliders are on, and the welds look strong, just still walking funny after paying that much for it. oh well.

Thanks to relentless fab for the sliders, they look great, have only tested the hi lift on them, but I can't wait to really test them out on the trail

Should have gone to plan B when I got mine welded on, welds look like garbage. Another year and hopefully I'll be on the mainland with decent prices for welding...
