    I have now contacted Icon twice asking for a price quote to have my donahoe coilovers converted to extended travel and have remote resis installed. i filled out the contact form and entered my correct email. Have not gotten a reply form them at all. anyone else have problems with icons customer service? Any suggestions on how to contact them and get a reply?

    I read a thread a week or so ago about a guy that went to their shop and had a not so great experience.

    but do like as said before..call them until they answer.

    only reason didnt call them is i dont have much free time between school and work. when i do have free time usually doing homework. IMO why have email form if ur not gonna reply back to somone??

    First time I ever e-mailed them they answered me in about 20 minutes! Ended up swapping multiple e-mails over an hour or so, always with quick responses. IMO they have great customer service via email....

    sounds like no one else has had problems with their customer service. but for some reason never replied to my email
