iPhone 5 or Samsung Galaxy III S?

Ive got a samsung galaxy SII and even tbo it's older i.still love it and its the best phone ive ever had... I hate to be the one to say this but, apple and apple products are for very narrow minded consumers who do not want to do the research in order to find a better, less expensive phone and alternative to the lame as poop iphone... I still love how u cant even change the battery in an iphone... Iphone's dont even support the 4g network any provider supplies, and u cant even insure an iphone through your sevice provider, u have to pay an exorbitant amount of money for apple care separately from the apple store.. Eff that.. And the Samsung has a quad core processor that makes for seamless web surfing and email and gaming if ur into it, also, the SD slot is awsome too, up to 32 gigs on the Samsung, and its stronger with tbe polycarbonate screan so if u drop it it won't crack like tbe iphones glass screen... But thats just my 2 cents..

Not really..because i own other apple products, but an iPhone is not cost effective in any way... All it really is , is a 'fasion statement' if u will.

Just bought a S3 a few months ago. Really fast, great camera, and I'm a fan of big ass screens. You can also customize a android beyond belief.

iPhones are strictly a fashion statement. Nothing new really.

Before someone tells me im stupid for thinking it will get banned, im just kidding. I would be very suprised if the courts rule to ban certain samsung phones, although i was suprised the most recent lawsuit ordered samsung to pay apple over a billion dollars for copywright infringment

they wont, you know Samsung will counter sue, and plz, apple is just crying because they want to become a monopoly and force all other cell phone makers out of the market just so they can charge even more money for their poopy products.. cause honestly, if Samsung gets screwed, apple will only be able to compete against themselves, there needs to be some competition in the market to keeps some fluidity and so that better technology can be developed as well as lower prices for us consumers..

 

^ya i completely agree, and im an iphone user, swithched from droid 2 years ago. And a few years ago samsung and motorola couldnt compete with apple in my opinion, i hated my droid. now the game has changed tho haha.

they are probably both nice phones, and ive owned both android and IOS phones/tablets.. i havent had near as close to all the problems with my IOS devices as my android devices. that being said, android is far ahead of IOS as far as technology goes, and google is taking strides in development/advancement. the problem is that android is made to run on shitty phones/tablets, as well as high end phones and tablets, which creates some of the problems. their new project butter is making it 100x better but when you buy an android phone, it is outdated in 2 months, sometimes faster. you also have to worry about which phone companies do what to their phones as far as the bootloader and adding their own shit to the android UI. with an iphone, the mobile IOS is only made to run on phones that the OS makers, make. apple also only comes out with one phone a year, as phones with android are made by a bunch of diff companies and there are alot made per year. not that the GS 3 isnt a good phone, but it will be just a mediocre android phone in 3 months, whereas the IP5 will still not be available since so many people will still be buying it as there will be no phones to replace it for another year +... i say iPhone, but its up to what the user wants.

My Galaxy S3 has all of these except the 128gb storage which is possible by getting the 64gb internal version and adding a 64gb micro sd.

I have become anti-mac even while I use a macbook pro, though I still love the Ipod and that was by far one of their best products ever and blew the rest of the competition out of the water. I would argue it is their best product ever even above the all glorious iphone because in smartphones it is very far behind the game in the top tier android or google phones. I also have other things against such as the elitist feel, their customer service is not the best, and I also have a personal antecedent with them. So 1) i would go S3 because it has better technology, it is more open than the iphone, 2) I get annoyed with the practices of Apple and the stigmatism. 3) it seems most of their products outside of the Ipod are overpriced versions that you can get the same type in an android or pc for less and better for about the same price. For the price I paid for my macbook I could easily have a better, faster, larger storage of a PC version.

 

i say unless you have everything apple, computer ipods all that shit and you want it all synced, get an iphone 5, otherwise i phones are toys and theyre compatability with anything else is non existent plus you have to jump through hoops to customize anything. used i phones for years have galaxy s2 now, bought the girlfriend s3 ill never go back to i-phones again.
