yep, sometimes earlier. I live in Tempe but I have to drive to Chandler then to south Phoenix, then back to Chandler and finally back home.

 

Shit I had to make it to Sky Harbor to be in the air by 6:05am on Monday, that was brutal

You can get a year for under 300$ at 24hr fitness through costco.

I have one. Never use the damn thing as I find 12oz curls to be very effective.

 

I used to left and such...my personal opinion is that I hate the gym. Also of all I will be doing is cardio I don't really feel the need to pay when there's millions of miles of concrete and mountains around that's my 2 cents worth lol

Always wanted to try that Patrick. Heard great things. I think I need to do some basics and work up to that a little. It's been 4 years since I stopped lifting, cardio and eating very healthy
