G/L!!!! you'll see it's nothing like an old american car (I've had more exp with them than newer model vehicles, OMG SO MUCH easier!!!!). I'm going to be working on mine right now - putting in the rear bags but using an air shock inflation kit with them (my version ) so that I can lift the ass up some when I need to (my dad asked me to haul some water for him today and I had to borrow a homie's truck instead ), then map out my entire bag set-up (why not lol) for when I get everything - will snap some shots as well as work off my shots in my thread then Photoshop parts for quick ref. and post for you.

 

LMAO also just talked to my cousin on the phone, he was bagging at how much my truck looks all white'ish. apparently I have strayed EXTREMELY from my old lowrider style ways

 

Yah everything is more complicated on new vehicles id imagine. man id love some helper bags on mine when i put my bike in the back. cant wait for the pics let me know when ur done and theyre up. no more whiteman mobile lol

I'm thinking this is something for your bike. Some of the homies have bikes (a homie of mine's wifey has a DC, they tie down his ZX6).

Trying to formulate the instructions and piece the photos together so it doesn't confuse you.

 

Yes i Been wanting to put up a photo but havnt had time. Cant wait to see your work on the bags, especially for the back, i may need to do it also to get my bike in the back after the drop lol

 

finished it up a couple days ago (I think Sat. was when I got it all put together). Peep my thread though. I air tested them today to see if it held any air or not, only got one leak which was from a compression fitting I was using, have to tighten it up a little. other than that it was a success

 

Looks good but fitting it in and trimming has proven to be another story. Still workin on this

 

Bought this mattco super set for $175 which is worth $500+ online which allowed me to press my own ball joints/remove them. Worked perfectly! Hopefully monday my truck will be gettin low!

 

The tool was really easy and worked well. They all look like this too, like a big c clamp so one youll rent from oreillys or somthing should work just fine. I just wanted to own one so i can do it on my own time no rushing to return or whatever. I got new moog lower ball joints. But im reusing the uppers. Got them used in great condition so no need to buy new. I recommend putting the press tool in a vise so you crank on it without trying to hold it in weird positions like i did. Lol

 

You should lower it and get a tonneau cover, that would look sick!

Yes these are bad ass, i dont even know anybody with one on the island! it was worth the $300 to me!

Yezzir Moog replacements for stocks from rock auto. I cant seat like the last 16th or little less than an 1/8 of an inch. I read about other guys having to ditch the ball joint tool on these and have them pressed in. supposably they require a lot more pressure to push in then stocks. The upper stock balls went in like nothing. Sigh well off to the hobby shop today to bow down to the press
