I got 35% for front side windows and 20% in the back for $100 in Baltimore. My friend got pulled over for speeding in Maryland. He got a speeding ticket,a SERO, and a $140 ticket for his tint that was only 3% too dark.

Thanks for that op. I think it would be hard to get a pic that shows exactly what you see. know what I mean? I think im just going to make a trip to local shop and see how dark it is this front being darker then back is pissing me off. (previous owner)

Yes, I know what you mean, the back is the same dark as the front could be slightly darker but really it looks the same.

Worse than that - Mine are uniform from the inside. From the outside, the front are clearly lighter.

So, whats important to you ? Matching from the inside or the outside ?

You'll have to choose, having both is expensive.

Good luck with the cops. A week before i left Cali to go to school I got pulled over for having tint on my driver and passenger window, either had to pay $75 and remove the tint or pay $200 to leave it on.

I can't speak to DCs. I have an AC.

That said. I got 50% tint on the fronts, factory on the back.

And ... the picture I posted tells no lies. They are uniform from inside and from outside, the fronts are lighter.

Also, they are a different color..

I don't know that there is any way to match the color, or the outside and inside tint.

I'm OK with the 50% tint. Sometimes I wish it were lighter, and other times darker. Cant have it all I guess.

So if you pay 200 you won't get tickets for tint anymore?

No, your taking it upon yourself to leave it on. So they can pull you over in another week or two and give you another "fix it" ticket

the color match is perfect on my Tacoma tint. maybe it's why it costs so much.

the front is film (from SE Toyota) the rears are tinted glass.

the fronts are a little lighter than the rears, and I like it...it's just right IMO.

I paid $100, my cousin does tinting. Got limo tint on all four door windows plus the rear window.

Tickets are expensive here in Arizona. On my last vehicle I had limo tint for three years and never got pulled over, except one day I got pulled over twice within a few hours :-(

    $250 ticket :-(
