Ugliest Color for 2nd Gens

I love my SWB. I would take the new hunter green on the 2009s over it though.

 

When I bought my Timberland I thought it was dark brown. (If they ever make one in the color I had in my head I am getting it.) It wasn't until I got it home and my wife commented on the nice green color that I realized it. I'm a tad bit color blind. The dark blue would have been my first choice but I never saw the dark brown before and wanted one! The green does show all the dirt though.

 

Call it bashing, hating, or whatever. Fact of the matter is that some of you can't even accept this thread for what it is.. Its just a poll and I am sure if you love the color of your truck, you wouldn't care what others thought. So keep crying

Color choice is simply personal....... Just like choosing a boyfriend or girlfriend..... Your best friends chick may be a nasty UGLY ho, but you sure enjoy watching her boobs bounce around on poker night.

My neighbor has a really shitty condition early taco lifted on 33's. Single cab 4wd. For some reason i really really like it.

I voted Desert sand mica, its not an ugly color. it just doesn't work for the taco. plus when i see a desert sand mica taco, it makes me think of my moms van.

Silly poll in my opinion. What does the color of a truck have to do with the truck's character? I have a speedway blue truck, have gotten many compliments about it and wouldn't have anything else. It's a truck. Period. Bought my '07 three months ago and haven't looked back ... would do it all again in a heartbeat.

I don't think it's a matter of crying or caring what others think so much as the negative connotation it evoked with how the poll question was phrased. If it asked what color was most favored by owners, it would probably negate the 'defensiveness' that some posts have shown regarding owning an 'ugly' truck color per the polling question.

Whatever. I'll take a set of big bouncing boobies in my SWB DC any day and be happy about it. As someone else mentioned, Tacoma doesn't have an ugly truck color ... just a color that happens to be on your truck. Not really a biggie in the grand scheme of things if you have to think about it.

 

I'd rather drive an F150 then drive a Speed Way Blue, it reminds me of those POS Honda civic with a fart can for an exhaust driving down the road sounding like its about to break the sound barrier.
