    this is my feeling
exactly. They are fucking everyone over. Now the players are going overseas to take jobs from other hockey players. It is all wrong. The NHL is operated like a shit-show, Bettman and his fuck-wad's need to get their shit together. He needs a kick in the pussy.

Sadly for the players, it is true. Bettman can keep f'n up his business decisions to his percieved benefit of the league at the expense of the players. The PA just delays the inevitable and prevents the players from getting completely raped.

I feel no pity for the players buddy. I think they are ignorant to run off to Europe and take jobs from others. I do strongly believe however that is is ridiculous that the owners offer unsustainable contracts to the players and then ask for the money back when they cannot make their business model work. It naturally creates the situation the league is now in. It is a fucking gong-show, and the league and its owners have allowed it to happen.

I saw a story on The National about players signing and playing in the KHL , namely Malkin and Gonchar .

During the interview , Gonchar said " playing in the KHL isn't about the money , it's more of a principle thing "

WHAT ? Your union is locked out and in negotiations with your employer so you go get another job on your own with another employer ?

What fucking principle is that ?

Malkin said " he didn't want to lose too much money and that it's not hurting anybody "

    Go fuck yourselves

It would seem to be the priciple of convenience. I am sure it is pretty easy for these Russian dudes to slip into the KHL and make some dough.

In the end, what would be a bigger cut? Losing a season of pay? Or accepting the owners demands?

    This is dumb.

It was on the low side, but definitely harmless. It was actually a nice hip check IMO. Malkin would have had him beat cleanly with his speed. Nice highlight, thanks for posting it. Keep em comin!
