    Tried to do a search on this... but has anyone put an X-Runner front bumper on a 4x4? I know it would likely impact approach angles, etc. But for someone that doesn't intend to off-road heavily, just wondered if it might be a good look. Especially with the TRD Sport package, since it also has the hood scoop.

    Hey All.

    So my build is off to a great start.
    Nathan and the guys at CBI did an amazing job on my Tacoma.
    Front bumper, rear bumper, and sliders...

    So here are a few pictures:
    The front bumper, being built.
    It is designed to work with two 6" Rigid S-Series lights and a Warn M-8000 winch, as well as the factory OEM fog lights..

    It wraps around the sides nicely.

    and how it looks while on the ground.

    Over 10,000 lumens of lights on the front, all nicely protected.

    The rear bumper has two Rigid Dualy lights relayed to the reverse lights, and the bumper wraps around the side to follow the protection offered by the angled kick out sliders that run the length of the truck.

    I should be all protected now...

    I'll get some better pictures for you all after next week when I go down to the Escalante area in southern Utah.

    Next steps:
    A big ass skidplate, more armor under the truck, and then a custom Bed Rack.

    About $5500... and totally worth it.
    We added a lot of custom light mounting tabs on front and rear bumpers, and space for the winch.
    The rear bumper has a hidden receiver hitch in it behind the license plate too.

    I took a 2500 mile drive down to SW Utah and beat the crap out of the truck last week.
    High speed washboard roads, steep river banks, and high speed loose gravel, and everything stayed in place, and no body rubbing.
    I'm very satisfied.

    And.. I don't have to worry about shopping carts or door dings in parking lots.
