I call Bullshit on your story, police wouldn't issue a ticket for something like that unless they witness it. We would get calls all day long about someone doing something, and the caller would give a plate, but guess what, unless police had proof, or see it with there own eye, they can't do anything. That is so I just can't say you did something. So Bullshit!
