Mine are set at the 1.75" up front and it looks visually level. The rear is ever so slightly higher when you measure but visually it looks perfect IMO.

Ive heard so many bad things about wheel spacers, but never from someone who has them. I guess I just worry about changing the geometry on the hub which seems to be a pretty crucial point.

The event of contact high's are much more prevalent at the top. :D
Meh. I have had SpiderTrax 1.25" hubcentric spacer on front and back for almost 4 years now. ZERO issues.

Yeah you are changing the geometry on the hub but when you lift the truck you change the geometry on the arms, the ball joints, the tie rod ends, the driveshaft, tail shaft out of the T case (depending on type of driveshaft you have), the carrier bearing, the CV's shaft's, tires, alignment, the rear springs, and the aerodynamics. :D In other words and my opinion not a big deal. But I would only get hubcentric spacers so nothing has room to move around.

Can't beat the quality of CBI's work.

I did plenty of research and shopping around before I got my bumpers......and I got the prototype of the front bumper so they gave me a good deal. But still. They make awesome bumpers!! And they have a lot of sales. Just follow the CBI thread for updates.

Yeah... Its a hard decision I like CBI alot. But I love the look of a hybrid front and there is a spot for a winch on the hybrid too. Who knows.

And wheel spacers just make hub bearings go out faster. Especially since our trucks already are pretty common to get bad bearings before 100k.

Also I have the mtr knock offs from tread wright they are called the guard dogs. Mine are 286/75's. They grip snow like a champ ask have and bob when we went snow wheeling. They will be the tire I buy in 35's when I get around to it.

They put more lateral force on the cage for the bearings than toyota designed them for. Therefore allowing play to develop earlier in the bearings life than it normally would. It acts like an extra lever from the wheel to the bearing.

I have heard that but how do wheel spacers contribute to accelerated failure?
