I hate this. Watching this video stressed me out. This exact same crap happened to me when I was trying to ride my bike around Lake Tahoe. And the lanes where THAT narrow, too. I was so stressed and upset that stopped, had to get my head together and then I headed back, I was so scared.

haha yeah dis girl I know just got hit on her bike here. But it was one of those dumb ass morning drivers while everyone was biking to campus deals.

 

^^^ What the crap man! He had plenty of room, and it didn't even look like there was too much on-coming traffic on a STRAIGHT road...totally could have passed!
When there's a big pack of bikers spilling out of the bike lane (not enough to fully claim the lane, but enough to make it really dangerous for a car to pass), that's annoying. There were two bikers! Come on people

 

The guy ended up holding traffic so much that the other drivers ended up going around him. So the cyclists just pulled over to force him to pass. It ends up that other cyclists have experienced the same treatment by this exact man.

 

Really?! What a douche. Has anyone reported him? It sounded like the guys in the vid were planning on it.

 

Yes, the State police are investigating. They got the plate number too so that helped.

I still till this day get nervous when a car comes to close to me enough for me to feel the turbulence it generates with the air between it and me. I usually close my eyes for a second and ask God to take care of my family. Then the car passes and I'm okay....

 

I don't posses enough faith to want to close my eyes
