Your nervous system could be breaking down. Try taking a break for a week or 2 and see what happens.

Oh probably not your nervous system then. I would try different types of workouts though. Since you aren't going as much you could try doing a more crossfit/circuit workout and do more bodyweight and core excercises mixed in with your regular workout.

    pushups: sets of 50+
    pullups: sets of 20+
    dips: sets of 50+
ab straps: sets of 3 min constant movement
squat explosion jumps: sets of 20+
every exercise done with 30 sec of rest time in between MAX one min. and repeat this process until at least 3 sets of each are complete(idealy 4)
    DONE...

lifted weights for 3 years straight, made a lot of improvements and gains however, I took a break from weights and shifted to all natural body based workout, and can tell a major difference in tone and vascularity.
after 4 weeks, 5 days a week of this routine, i went to the gym and tested my strength and power to see if they declined. NOPE.
    bench press: still 315 max
    squat: still 405 max
dumbell military: 110's max(2 reps this time)
    power clean: still 295 max

best part is, i made this routine myself!
your body is one of, if not, THE best thing to utilize to improve itself performance wise! use it!

supplementation and eating: a heavy protien(carbs also), a descent pre workout, NOTHING with too much sugar, and eat all the god damn food you can lol;pasta, chicken, fish.

btw im 20 years old, 5'10' and a solid 185lbs

    Nice job Patrick!

We'll I'm SOL.....strength is null and I can only run at this point (barely)! Started with a really bad cold 4-6 weeks ago and was down for 2 weeks, jammed/sprained my right thumb labor day weekend and haven't been able to grip anything and then got a sublaxed rib/vertebra in the Tspine and have been going to a Chiro all week!

Can barely do a couple pull ups and half push ups before shoulder/back pain kicks in (shoulder pain is back too).......I've been running sprints since the thumb issue but my back is pretty tweaked now. Sucks cause I was making some great gains and they're all pretty much gone!

Thanks for letting me vent!

Get a bucket or small trash can, fill it up with rice and dig your arms in there as far as you can and go to work(open, close hands fingers etc) works soooooo good

Awesome work. How long have you been working out for?

Question for whoever wants to answer....

So I'm noticing fat is reducing around the belly area but I still have a pudge. Like my stomach is bloated. Any way to reduce this? What can it be?

I started 2 years ago not knowing what the hell I was doing, within the past 6 months I feel like I've discovered what works for my body and schedule.

And work more abs and diet! Could also be from drinking a lot of water. I know after a gallon or so while working my 6 pack isn't as much of a "pack" as usual
