I really wanted to go with this head cuz I love Kenwood. But I like HD radio too much. Thats what sold me on Pioneer. My head on my last truck was KW and it was amazing.

Just finished putting in my subs today! came out awesome with no vibrations and kept the factory plastic :)

Maybe not the cleanest install on the amp that I've seen on here, but I wanted to hear the subs working so badly by the time I was hooking up the amp..

I like your set up. Do you still get good sound from the subs behind the seat like that?

Idk about his, but I have the JL stealthbox which installs identical, and it sounds amazing! Ask any member on here who had heard my truck... you won't be disappointed. I'll just leave this here for you :D

Sorry, didn't get the sub in, ran out of time. The first stereo install I've done in a loooong time, and it took me longer than expected. I'm going to get back to it in a few weeks, as I think I forgot to plug my hazards and clock back in, (they are dark), and I'll put it in then. I was thinking that the Hideaway would hang nicely between the back seats in my Access Cab, not taking up any space, and more centrally located. I'm going to think about that; if I can do it without drilling any holes, I might.

That is an awesome unit Pioneer F-PH8000BT! I bought mine in 2005 and still love it. Installed it in my 2012 and it makes even the factory speakers sound great!

I have Focal Polyglass 165 VB's in the front, Focal Access 165 CA1's in the rear, Polk MM1040 in a Mr. Marv enclosure running off an Alpine PDX-5 hooked to a Kenwood DDX516. Rammat and Ensolite in and on the doors and back wall. I'm pretty sick of the Kenwood's slow start up and random hissy fits so I want to switch that out soon, not sure what I will end up with.

I don't have any good pics of everything installed.

Sorry bro but that best pic of your makes me so damn jealous with the Sunroof. I like the leather seats too, but a sunroof is what I miss more than anything from getting this truck

Thought I would miss mine too, but I find opening the rear window gets plenty of air flow. I do miss the t-tops I had on my WS-6 though.

When I bought my truck, the dealer offered me other options such as Nav, heated leather seats, sunroof, etc... I asked if it was possible to do a sunroof on an access cab, and they said maybe... Why are you offering me options you're not sure of???
