    anyone used the valvoline synpower 5w-30? the price wasn't bad at walmart for that 5 qt jug.. like $21. I like pennzoil and mobil 1. Not much in difference engine performance thou.

    first oil change for my new to me taco i put castrol syntec, ive used M1 and Royal P but Royal P was twice as much as the castrol and i got a KN filter with the deal

    The nut is genius, haha. I use Mobil 1...its used by a lot of professional organizations/teams, but thats not why i buy it...if you keep up with your changes the motor internally still looks new. I used it in my prelude for the longest time, I opened my valve cover and everything was clean. BUT, that's probably the case with every synthetic you get.

    Castrol blend on 1st oil change. Full synthetic on the next. Had the truck for about 6 months now. Only have 4200 miles so far.

    Amsoil 5w30. My friend is a dealer and I get a good deal on it. I love it. Just my 2 cents worth. However, if I am in a hurry, I will pick up Mobile 1, just because of its popularity.
