    Yup I did, not going to interrupt my mantis during the meditation process

    You DO realize what we have here is a predator stalking a predator, the Mantis has already evaluated that POS web spinner & is just waiting for the spider to move. (which it hasn't in a couple hours at least) Where as the Mantis has moved several inches TOWARDS said spider, its just a waiting game now, may not happen for hours but smart money says that by morning light there'll be nothing but an empty web..... care to wager ??

    (short story) years ago, I was bit by a Black Widow. I happen to be alergic to those, and I stopped breathing. not being able to breath, and passing out as your trying to dial 911 is friegtening. Fortunately, my room mate was trying to talk to me at the time, and saw it happen. He took me right to the ER (about 1/2 mile away at the time), and they were able to stabalize me, and treat me. it was pain like I havent experianced. my chest felt like it was on fire, and being crushed. Ever since, I have been horribly affraid of these fuckers, and want them all to die.
