Well I spoke with Bravo Company I can get the upper but they don't ship lowers to Mass. I hate to wish away time but I can't wait to retire out of this state

 

Does anyone know the law in reguards to I have family in Maine can I ship the lower to a FFL up there to do the transfer or even NH since we can purchase weapons from these states already

 

I know getting things into MA is a major PITA. Sorry I wish I could help you in getting it out. I do have some friends I can ask...should you need it.

 

You can simply have an FFL in ME or NH ship the lower to an FFL here in MA and pick it up from that MA FFL. They will have you fill out a 4473 for the feds but DO NOT have to do an FA-10 because it is NOT a firearm yet in MA (capable of firing a projectile).

However, some gun stores will make you do the FA-10 (even though it doesn't make sense, nor is required by law), like Four Seasons in Woburn. What is susposed to happen is that YOU fill out an FA-10 and send it into the CHSB when you have built either the "Complete Lower" and/or "complete rifle".

Just got home and was scared I wasn't gonna make it. I was dozing off like crazy! I hate that! Especially with such an important passenger. I'm glad I'm home safe though!

Thanks everyone for the beach meet! And thanks to Rob for the last minute plywood, the tires, and some mean burgers! Jason for the strap, and Mark for coming down to enjoy this with us. I actually liked this smaller meet. It's cooler. Easier to follow what's going on.

Her permit expired and she passed out before we got off the beach. She's a great driver but can't parallel park. The license test for 18 year olds is easier though

 

I got my permit and my license right on the day I could. It was like freedom from everything. Then I went and bought a $400 shitbox car .1986 Oldsmobile 4 door sedan. I worked at a farm selling fruits and veggies . And had a paper route. Since I was 13 yrs old. Haha good old days.

 

Ya I did the same bought a shitty mustang for 800 then got wrecked and made 600 from insurance plus kept the car.

 

I got my permit and license as soon as I could. Made life SOOOOO easy!
