Restaurant in downtown Littleton. I caught the end of the CU game their last night. It was nice to see them pull it off.
    Nice Noah.
Bout time you blind ass cripple. :D
I have never had an issue. Only neg I have heard was spoke about on here recently about pre-mature bearing wear but an aftermarket rim with increased back spacing = same issue.

I know Peerless Tire doesn't care. My cousin runs one in Northglenn and they never say a thing. I usually go to the Peerless on south Santa Fe now. I think Discount got sued by somebody in the past and lost so they just preach to all of their employees that spacers are bad. Besides they will get an increased sale if you buy rims from them. Mounting and balancing tires you bought elsewhere doesn't do much for their profits. :D

Haha reminds me when Devin and I started drinking a bit which then always turns to shots of Jameson which then lead to Devin cooking up steaks.

Hey guys I'm looking at buying a cabin with a couple acres. I want to be able to rent it out to vacationers, so it needs to be near a spot that draws tourists. It needs a fireplace and a loft would be cool. 2bedrooms or more is ideal. We have looked near Estes, allenspark, and glen haven (up north by me), but I was wondering about small mountain towns utside Denver.mlooking to spend about $150k-$175k willing to do some fixing up. Any ideas?

Dunno about the tourist economy... but leadville has some decent places far enough but still close enough style. Copper is also a pretty quick trip. Just a thought.

Yeah I might paint my new bumper today. All my other mods that are ready to go are going to be done by a professional.

I figure tourism will pick back up, and it would give me a while to fix stuff up and rent out mostly to friends, coworkers, tw knuckleheads :D, etc. until the stigma from wildfires starts to go away. Leadville might be good, kinda far drive for me, but cool place near big mountains and rafting stuff. Copper would probably be too expensive. Thanks, I'll check them out anyway.

I have an area where I'm building mine but I will keep it to my self because I don't want tourists coming in and burning my area to the ground. :)

You are already building a cabin?! Where at? Did you have to have a well drilled and electricity brought in, or was it already there?

No, but the key is to find a property that has that stuff on it already wells get expensive fast. I have my plans and what not already. All lodge pole pine. I'm building it for my house. Not like a weekend cabin. I'm looking at 15-50 acres. Where I'm looking most plots of land have everything. Again I said I am being quiet with my location because it is not heavily populated and I'd like to keep it that way.
