I had a bronco back in 1994. I had JBA headers and Gibson exhaust. They are both a quality product. The inside of my Gibson muffler did rust out (I think a rock pin-holed it and muddy water got into it and rusted some of the insides - it rattled) but they sent a new one, no questions asked.

I would probably go with the JBA headers.

The ceramic coating helps them run cooler and helps protect from rust.

You should be able to find a good deal on the TRD headers for your truck. They are a pretty good design.

Its the same size as the OEM pipe. It should bolt right up. That price sounds a little high. See if you can find it cheaper. I have seen them under $400.00

Im getting ready to head out with my Wife......Why do you want to run that set up? Your gonna loose a bunch of low end power, and probably not gain a thing on the top.

Get the headers. Get the Dynomax Super Turbo muffler, and thank me latter. :)

I just got thr TRD headers, and there is welding needed for the install. you have to weld a flange onto the cat.

I cant wait to get them in!
