Knock on Steering?

Hey guys

When I go over speed bumps and come down off of them, there is a slight knock in the wheel. There is also more play to the left in the steering wheel.

I am planning to put my billys 5100's on tomorrow but dunno if I should try to get it looked at under warranty before I put the billy's on.

Lets just say it would be a hassle to not proceed with the installation tomorrow.

Maybe the new shocks will fix the problem??

 

hmm. Thanks for posting that Chris, mine is getting a little bit of a clunk too. I was wondering if it was UCA balljoint play from my lift, but i'll check these out first.

Not saying that chris is wrong, butI've never felt that but.... judging from what you're telling me, I'd double check your tie rod ends and bushings, only takes a couple seconds at the least. I had a bushing go out in another vehicle and I was able to feel it on bumps in the steering wheel as well.
