If u don't mind me asking what do u anticipate total shipping costs to be?

 

Jen I'll come pick up our shirts so we can wear them at the race

 

I ESTIMATING $5 / shirt... to use an envelope with 9ounces in it it will cost about 2.00 to ship to Arizona.. plus the cost of the envelope of course... not sure if different distances will matter... some people have more than one shirt, for those I will most likely combine them into one flat rate box so I can save there... we will see, I will provide receipts...

Ok!! Im going to be in Barstow prepping on the 5th (assuming we race) but hopefully it will come in the morning, or an earlier day... so i dont have to sit around and wait for them!!!! Ill also be bringing the ones for people I know will be there... So you may just want to get yours there..

I expect to make about 10$ a shirt, and over all (including the 5 auctions and sponsors) about $1500.. having about $400 left over from race cost (1056) to donate to cedars-siani

I really hope I get these on time on the 5th to bring the ones or the guys that will be at the race... I'm having to get some higher quality images for some of the logos.. As long as I get them today we should be ok

UPDATE: Ok guys! Just spoke with Engage Offroad! We are on this Sunday to practice as of right now. Since we were not able to have try outs this past Sunday, I was infomed that we are currently only looking for at least 4 girls that can confirm that they have funds raised to race. Also, having one less practice will reduce the total cost to race, making it easier to have less girls raising funds.. Once I get the information I will be able to provide you all the approximate break down of where all the funds will go and total cost of race and total amount donated. It will be difficult to get an EXACT break down but I will be able to show receipts and will do my best to be completely transparent in funds exchanged.

Once race funds are paid, whatever they may be, any remainder will be donated to Cedars-Siani. Please remember I am not walking away from this with anything other than the opportunity to drive a race truck and contribute to a good cause.
