    I've dealt with this at my old alignment shop. I took my 4runner 5 times to get aligned and each time it pulled to the right and the caster was -.6 each side. They said they couldn't do anything about it. Finally I took it to a 4wd and alignment specialist and he brought the caster up 2 degrees. Said I had a seized LCA bolt and fixed it for me. Pissed me off because the other place had my 4runner 5 times and couldn't notice it, but this guy has it for an hour and makes it almost perfect.

    I'd skip the cheap chain places and go with a 4wd and alignment specific shop. It may not have all the warranties and lifetime deals, but they will get it right.
