hey cory do you like blackbawg’s bed/roof rack/light bar? or something more like what box rocket has for his bed?

reason i ask is, i don’t know think the extended cab have the mounts on the roof for roof racks, like all the double cabs do.

 

My offer still stands if your east of knoxville. It is a little Lincoln 120volt. Got to practice laying down a good bead and good penetration.

 

I don't think mine does have mounts. I really like both of theirs...blackdawgs is better because it lets you use the space under it, but i like the low profile look of box rocket. I like the ability to put lights on it at some point...

no you do not have the mounts on the roof, i asked blackdawg last night. i like both as well, we could make one like monte's (blackdawg) that way you can put lights on it later down the road. only real down side i see to one like monte’s over box rockets is it’s heavier and will be harder to take on and off. monte did say he thought is was easy to build, but i think box rockets would be pretty easy as well. also do you want it out of round or squire tubing?

 

Probably square tubing. I think if we build it right, it should be able to be bolted on by 2 people in a reasonable amount of time. Sometime I'll draw up some ideas and see what we can do.

Motorcycle trials. YouTube Toni Bou and watch him. #1 world rider. TTC is in sequatchie. Was asking because in pretty sure I'm coming there for a week in the spring for a world round.

 

ok. i see what it is. idk where it is. i THINK it’s closer to middle TN. but not sure. i’m about 20 miles or so from windrock/coal creek.

 

I'm not familiar with TN at all. Never been there but I wouldn't mind spending some time there. Great scenery and parks down that way from what I understand

 

oh. i think it’s over close to Crossville or maybe nashville? i’m just north of knoxville. most the really nice parks are in east TN,(witch east tn is east of knoxville.

 

Close to Chattanooga. About a 13 hour drive for me. Not very often they get a world round though. I think the last was in 2004

 

ok yeah you should pass thru knoxville than. chat is really close to GA. about 1.5 hour drive for me.

 

Yeah it's wayyyyy close. Think I'm gonna check out the cherohola skyway and maybe a couple other roads while in down there. I used to ride sport bikes. a lot of friends rode the dragon and some other roads in the area. Guy I rode with crashed down there and never came home

 

oh nice! i have been on the dragon in the taco. and damn i’m sorry to hear that!

 

I always wanted to go there and ride. Now that I don't own a road bike I realize it would've been a bad idea
