I wish I had never done it. I've checked all the usual suspects and periodically gone through and killed some apps I'm not using and I still have battery issues. I'm a light user--few calls during the day. Almost always in a digital coverage area. Battery usage goes from 100% at 0500 to less than 50% at 1700. Sometimes, it's worse.

Not sure wtf it's doing but this is pretty shitty compared to just crappy before.

You might want to carry a car USB charger with you as backup. Something like this. There are others. I have a Monster kit that included 110v and 12v chargers plus a cable.

BTW, there are reports from others. Apple's support forums are full of complaints. Here's another.

Just go through the list of crap to turn off which is about 4 or so posts down in the second link.
